TIM THIBODEAUX is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with over 24 years of residential appraisal experience and 21 years of commercial real estate consulting experience. He holds degrees in Real Estate Finance and Political Science from the California State University at Long Beach. He had held Real Estate Appraisal Licenses in California, New York and Arizona and holds a California Brokers license. He is currently a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. His scope of experience includes a wide variety of retail, industrial, office, land, mixed-use properties, residential reviewer, single and multi-family units, and planned unit developments. After graduating from CSULB in 1986 with his second bachelor, Tim partnered with independent appraisers in Southern California and has also worked with Integra Realty Resources of Laguna Hills. In 1991 he started his own Appraisal Company and in 1994 launched Real Estate Advisory. In addition he is the CEO of Valuation One, Inc. an Appraisal Management Company covering California, New York and Massachusetts.
